My hobbies, or what I spend my free time doing, is definitely fitness, like lifting weights, but when I’m at school I’m a member of our boxing team.

WHY CONSTRUCTION?

I was drawn to construction from a young age when I would end up having to drive somewhere in the “beltway” area, where I grew up. In the D.C. area, there are complex interchanges that we would drive through, and I always thought they were the coolest thing. So when it came time to decide my major as I applied to college I chose Civil Engineering.

CAREER GOAL

My long-term career goal is to one day have something of merit built that I can say to my kids, “I built that.”
