The Crossings at Independence

Branch teamed up with W.M. Jordan Company to provide a full complement of site services for one of Virginia Beach’s finest independent and assisted living facilities.
The Crossings at Independence (Now named Harmony Senior Services) offers seniors 100 independent living apartments, along with 56 assisted living apartments and housing options in a specialized memory care wing. The 180,000-square foot community is conveniently located near hospitals and other health care service providers and is just across the street from a retail center with shops and restaurants.
Branch completed clearing and grubbing, topsoil excavation and erosion and sediment control for the $28M project. In addition, crews provided earthwork, drainage, and utilities, roadway, and parking lot construction, along with landscaping and irrigation.
Branch has worked with W.M. Jordan on other projects and looks forward to continuing this successful partnership through close collaboration and delivering prepared sites safely and economically.
