Branch Group, one of the largest US Mid-Atlantic construction contractors, has promoted Tina Pfalzgraf from Senior Vice President of Human Resources to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Ms. Pfalzgraf joined Branch in early 2022 and over the past year, she has led the Branch HR group through an unprecedented period of growth and organizational change. Her department has established new corporate initiatives in employee development, retention, benefits, and recruitment, resulting in record employee retention rates and record employee satisfaction survey results.
Prior to joining Branch, Ms. Pfalzgraf served as director of HR for some of the nation’s largest engineering and construction companies, including Jacobs, Parsons and CH2MHill.
“Tina has done an outstanding job in the areas of employee development, retention, and recruitment”, notes Donald Graul, Branch Group CEO. “Her department reorganization and focus on the employee experience, optimizing the HR process and procedures, workforce development and employee rewards and recognition programs will further drive our record high employee engagement results.
Ms. Pfalzgraf will continue to report to Mr. Graul and in her new duties, she will serve on several Branch Board of Director committees.
