ASHLEIGH AT LANSDOWNE ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY

Ashleigh at Lansdowne is a premier assisted living community in Loudoun County, Virginia. The 3 story facility provides residential, activity and support spaces for independent and assisted senior living. The 108,000sf facility consists of 115 apartments—25 with fully equipped kitchens—a community room, rehabilitation gym, library, theater, sunroom, activities room, computer room, commercial laundry, a full service salon and restaurant-like dining areas. The facility also accommodates seniors with disabilities and there is a wing dedicated as a memory care residence.

The building structure is light gauge steel framing with a wood truss roof assembly, on a concrete foundation. Extensive MEP coordination amongst trade partners was required for the installation of security/access control systems, laundry, food service and communications equipment. The building was constructed on a 5.3 acres greenfield site requiring clearing/grading, utility installation, curb/gutter and paving along with an extensive hardscape/landscape package that includes multiple gardens/courtyards and outdoor amenities.
