UVA 500 Ray C Hunt

Charlottesville, VA

The UVA 500 Ray C Hunt Drive project was a medical office building renovation located within the University of Virginia Fontaine Research Park. The building specializes in heart and vascular services, and includes a nuclear cardiology and stress lab, echocardiography lab, and electrophysiology clinic. Lacy was responsible for both the plumbing and mechanical scope of work in the building, which included removing existing rooftop air handlers, and adding two new 150-ton rooftop units. The project commenced in October of 2016 and was completed in August of 2017.
