Woodberry Forest Hanes Hall Renovation

The Woodberry Forest Hanes Hall Renovation project is a 3-story, 16,000 square-foot building which was updated from a former library and archive to a student dorm. Hopkins | Lacy was responsible for the plumbing and mechanical work of the renovation, which included a completely remodeled mechanical room, 30 new student living spaces with individual fan coil units installed, and a new building commons area. The project demolition began in April of 2018, and project was completed in August of 2018.
