Providence Middle School

Multi-phased renovation of a fully occupied middle school in Richmond Virginia, that included a small addition. The building received improvements to the exterior that included the replacement of existing windows and doors, a new entry façade and an architecturally enhanced parapet. Interior improvements included replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems with state-of-the-art, high-efficiency systems, reconfiguration of learning areas and administrative space along with all new finishes. The renovations took place in four phases to allow instructional activities to continue unimpeded.
